Kitchen Detailer/Microvellum Programmer

– Full time hours 
– $35 – $40 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Kitchen Detailer, you will:

• Detail kitchen plans from designer concepts to production-ready specifications.
• Conduct on-site measurements for kitchens and other joinery, liaising with homeowners, project managers, and sub-trades.
• Order products and materials with precision to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure all plans align with project goals.
• Input cabinet details into Microvellum or similar software, ensuring accuracy for production.
• Proactively communicate with internal teams and clients to maintain seamless workflows.
• Manage assigned jobs from initial measure through to project completion.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience with Microvellum or similar joinery programming software.
• Project management experience as you will be handling your own projects. 
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• A problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
• The flexibility to adapt to varying workflows and deadlines.
• A strong commitment to health and safety practices on-site and in the factory.
• A desire to contribute ideas for improving systems and processes to support business growth.
