For You:
- Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Great positive team environment
- $25.00 per hour + 8 % holiday pay
- Immediate start for the right person
- Temporary junior accounts role (not a remote)
Please note: This is not a senior position and we are not seeking experience in the financial sector.
Role:
- Prioritise workload with urgency and to a high standard
- Entering accounts Payable & Receivable invoices
- Following up with clients for purchase order numbers
- Scan and file receipts electronically
- Booking Accommodation for staff as required
- Assisting with customer service and account related queries
Ideal candidate is someone who has the following skills:
- Experience with Accredo and Excel
- Attention to Detail is key!
- Good listening and communication skills
- Excellent data entry problem-solving skills
- Full Drivers Licence
