Description:

Our sister company is a well-established, family-owned and operated business based in Christchurch. They have also grown to become a respected name within the construction sector in both North and South Island.

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Assistant to join their busy team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing invoices
  • Using Sapphire Payroll Software
  • Working with Frameworks software
  • Liaising with staff, management, and customers professionally
  • General payroll and administrative support  

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous payroll and invoicing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Sapphire and Frameworks software highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Accountable, organised, and dependable
