An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a Kitchen Joinery Estimator based in Christchurch. This role is perfect for someone with a background in joinery, but we are also open to strong applicants with transferable skills, a great work ethic, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and tender submissions for kitchen and household joinery
- Liaise with designers to understand project requirements and specifications
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support the wider team during busy periods and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Preferably experience in joinery, estimating, or a similar technical role
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
- Confident with computer systems, including Excel and quoting software
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workflow, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to producing high-quality work
