Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist with responsibilities for our SharePoint & Teams administration. This unique role combines responsibilities in digital marketing and IT administration, providing an exciting opportunity to develop skills in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Specialist (70%):

  • Create and publish engaging content across all digital platforms, manage content calendars, and optimise content according to SEO. Moderate user-generated content and analyse data to make continuous improvements.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the groups marketing goals.
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, web).
  • Measure the performance of our digital assets, including social media, website metrics, and advertising. You will use a variety of tools, such as Google Analytics and data studio, to communicate results and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the wider management and team to keep website content current and relevant. Use data and insights to understand customer behaviour, customize user journeys, and maximize conversion. Use reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement and run regular tests to guide enhancements.

SharePoint & Teams Administrator (30%):

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper permissions and access controls.
  • Provide support and training to staff on SharePoint and Teams functionalities.
  • Assist in the integration of SharePoint and Teams with other business applications.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
