About the Role
 
We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven administrator to take charge of specialised quoting services – a vital part of our operations.
 
Based in our Christchurch office, you’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to pull together accurate, professional quote packages.
 
Your role will be central to keeping things moving – ensuring expectations are not just met, but exceeded. A flair for administration, an eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure will see you thrive here.
 
Experience with software like Buildxact, Frameworks, or CostX? That’s a bonus – but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude and skills, we’ll support you with the rest.
 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong computer and admin skills – you know your way around a system
  • Knowledge of residential/commercial building supplies
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Top-notch communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read structural plans and drawings
  • Experience in preparing quotes or working on fit-outs
