What the Role Involves
- Assembling wiring harnesses, looms, and electrical components following engineering drawings and work instructions
- Performing soldering, crimping, connectorisation, and fine assembly tasks
- Conducting testing and verification to ensure products meet strict quality standards
- Following detailed documentation, safety protocols, and compliance procedures
- Working collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement in a clean, controlled production environment
We’re Looking For People Who
- Have experience in technical or electrical assembly (advantageous but not required)
- Can read and follow diagrams, instructions, and detailed processes
- Have strong manual dexterity, accuracy, and a commitment to quality
- Are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
- Work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Are proactive, safety-conscious, and take pride in producing excellent work
Training will be provided, and applicants with transferable skills from trades, electronics, automotive, mechanical assembly, or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
