The Role:
This is a senior, hands-on Heat Pump Technician / HVAC Technician role responsible for the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of residential and light commercial systems across Canterbury.
You will manage your own work in the field while working alongside a supportive team of skilled electricians.
The role includes:
- Heat pump installation (high wall, ducted, floor console, etc.)
- Heat pump servicing and preventative maintenance
- HVAC system troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Residential and light commercial installations
- Customer support and technical advice on-site
- Maintaining strong workmanship and safety standards

You will bring:
- Several years’ experience installing and servicing heat pumps
- Strong HVAC fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Relevant HVAC trade qualification or certification
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High standard of workmanship and professionalism
- Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence
