About the Role:
As a key member of the Sales Support team, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding service to both customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll be the vital link between customers, sales representatives, account managers, and the trade team.
This is a busy and varied office-based position where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotes and supporting sales activities
- Working closely with the Sales Support Supervisor and wider team
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- Achieving individual performance and service KPIs
We are looking for:
- Experience working in the trade | building industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
- Naturally build a good relationship with your team and customers
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
